    This happens if your phone is not detected by Intune as a corporate phone. Make sure you have configured the corporate identifier properly in Endpoint manager by adding the serial or imei number.

    @Nazeer, Mishquat Thanks for posting in our Q&A. For this issue, I agree with MrSbaa's suggestion.

    I have seen someone reported the same error message before. Please refer to the following link:

    He successfully enrolled the device by adding its IMEI number into intune under corporate device identifiers.

    I have tried adding serial no. or IMEI no. still not working, this is Android version 12 and we are using Android personall owned work profile.I see below error messages.

    Enrollment failed with the error: Platform not allowed for personal

    Enrollment failure details: This device can’t be enrolled as a personal device while the platform is Blocked under Device Type Restrictions.

    How to resolve this enrollment failure: The user must use a different platform of personal device to enroll. If this is a corporate device, make sure that the user is enrolling correctly and that you have added the device to the Corporate device identifiers list if needed.  You can check your personal platform restrictions under Device enrollment - Enrollment restrictions - choose a restriction - Configure platforms.

    Issue fixed, by allowing Personally owned option in Android enterprise and android device administrator in device restriction
