I can´t add role impersonation

I need let Impersonation role for an account and i get errors when i do it. I received the message "execute first the command Enable-OrganizationCustomization" but the systems don´t accept it. What should i do?

    Have you connected to EXO powershell and executed the command Enable-OrganizationCustomization, but the errors persist?
