I want to add my Work Email address to my Certification profile, so my Certifications are assciated with my Work account as well.

Hi,
I have completed Microsoft Azure AZ900 Certification, under my personal email ID. I want to associate the this Cert with my Work Account as well.
Would appreciate if anyone can advise how this can be done.
