The free subscription includes a years worth of a free B1S VM, this is separate to the $200 credit. If you want to use that free VM you need to filter so you see the B series VM's.
If you are looking to create another VM size, then that will come out of your $200 credit. I believe the free subscriptions are setup so that the quota settings only allow creating the B series VM's, you will need to raise a quota request through the support page in the portal (or clicking the link in your screenshot) to allow you to create other sizes.

Hello friends, I am using a trial account and trying to create a compute instance. I'm so confused here, how do I buy these virtual machines using my available $200?
I've already created a Virtual Machine, and I have this as my virtual machine size,
But how do I get this into my compute instance if everything is in grey like in the first picture?
PS I'm running on southeastasia region!
