Access Denied When Request Recurrences API

Question

Hi,

I faced a problem about requesting this API (https://purchase.mp.microsoft.com/v8.0/b2b/recurrences/query) to obtain user's subscription receipts.

When my server requested, it response status is 403 Access Denied.

Same azure token for Bearer token and b2bkey inside the body, I tried to request the at my local side, it successfully response 200 and obtain the data. (Also successful requested by the postman application)

Is my server IP banned? How can I do to resolve the issue? thanks.
