Having issues logging in/adding account to authenticator for USPsers. Username and password is correct. To verify, the app prompts me to use the same authenticator app that I'm trying to sign into in the first place.
The option to verify with phone number is obsolete since my phone number has changed. I need to login to change my phone number , but I am unable to do so because I can't login. I'm going in circles and it's driving me crazy.
How can I update my phone number to log in without having to use the authenticator? What other option do I have to verify my account?
