    Hi,

OneDrive is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on).

You can ask the experts in the dedicated OneDrive forum over here:

    Hi Compulink-2788,

Could you access OneDrive online on browser normally?

There are some factors which may cause this issue. Please try the following suggestions to check this issue.

    1. Do you get the OneDrive installation package from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/download? After installation, please search OneDrive and right click it, run as administrator.
    2. If you are using a VPN or a 3rd-party security software, it is recommended to disconnect the VPN and disable the 3rd-party security software.
    3. Reset OneDrive.
    4. Perform a clean boot to check whether there is any conflict with 3rd-party software .
