Visual Studio 2022 will not work with programs created with VS2019

I installed Visual Studio 2022 and now none of the software I created in the earlier versions of Visual Studio will work. The last version I used was 20219. I had no problem in the past beginning with VS2015 and through VS2019 when upgrading the VS IDE. I deleted VS2022 and reinstalled VS2019, but it still doesnt work right. For instance I can not load MyForm.h with C++ Form Editor. It just does not work. I have searched but I can not find a workable fix. When can we expect an update to 2022 that will correct these bugs?

Sometimes this issue is caused by cache files, and sometimes this issue is a potential issue.
Since this issue can be caused by many reasons, if reloading project and cleaning cache files doesn't work, I suggest you report your issue on Developer Community and attach your specific logs there then wait for product team to check and fix it.
