What if the account of the student has been block?(is it possible??)

    Thank you so much for posting here.

    So sorry that we could not clearly understand our issue. More detailed information could be helpful to understand it well. We are wondering whether we mean that the student account is locked or disabled.

    In general, a disabled account was specifically disable and cannot be logged onto unless an administrator enables it. If you disable an account it won't work period. It simply won't work until you enable it.

    A locked account usually means that the account locked automatically after multiple attempts to access it with an invalid password. In some cases the account will become unlocked automatically after a period of time or else it must be manually opened by an administrator depending on what level of security is needed.
