Restrict users downloading the file from One Drive for Business

The customer wants to restrict users downloading the file from One Drive for Business. They are using One Drive Client and don’t want the roaming users sync the files locally in different machines.

Is there any option available using any feature in Office 365, Azure etc ? Stop Sync locally and only shortcut only in the local pc.

Allow syncing only on computers joined to specific domains also should restrict Sync. Roaming user which I was mentioning is in the same domain.
