    I don't see more information here than in your previous post. Why is the user idling for so long in between? Is that really a big issue (meaning do you really have lots of users complaining about this)? I am curious.

    That's really a big problem. It often happens.

    If we can get this error report without returning to the error report page and jump to a specified address, it should alleviate our problem. Is there a way to do so?

    Or is there another solution?
