I have a SharePoint 2013 on premise environment running on domain1.com
We are now moving towards domain2.com and for that purpose some users have been transferred to this new domain. But now they are unable to access the site.
So basically SharePoint still running on domain1.com and some users have been transferred to domain2.com and now they can't access. According to infrastructure team they have done the required changes at their end to allow cross domain communication. My question is what do I need to do at SharePoint end so users from domain2.com can also access?

    @Frank Martin

    Based on your description, I understand that you want to make a one-way trust between domain1 and domain2. Then users in the domain2 can assess domain.

    You could refer following articles to configure one-way trust between domain1 and domain2.
