When I'm trying to open ADF I'm failing to get the main screen up and instead get the error message: Loading failed. Failed to load resources of type "pipeline". Some resources may not be shown.
The instance is hosted in West Europe and this is happening for other members of my team throughout the UK.
Is this a general problem with ADF?

we are facing the same problem.
From the Azure "Service Health" seems to be an issue under investigation...
