Hello,

We are installing Teams Phone System, for France and Australians office.

Our Australian Teams has a dynamic auto-attendant that is the only one who encounter the issue (every calls, transfers, functions are working for basic usage).

But when passing by the auto attendant, we have between 10 and 20 seconds delay before the call is forwarded.

    Hi @IBN ,

Based on my researchs, I think for now there are no good solutions to solve this problem.

You may consider the following workarounds:

    1. Use some other SBCs and essentially relaying the call from SBC to SBC (Provided by PeterL)
    2. Add a recorded greeting to make it more confortable for the caller.

Here is a thread about the same issue: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/delay-transferring-out-from-auto-attendant/m-p/1581115/page/2

    Best regards,
    Lou
