Pearson Vue canceled my exam, voucher not returned

So We had so many issues when I tried to take the AZ-104 on December 8th 2021 from home. I have taken the fundamentals at home and no problem however this time they could not see my face and it took 3 attempts to even launch the exam. Then the thing said I had a violation which I did not but in the end, Pearson Vue canceled my exam so i could reschedule it and they promised my IGNITE Voucher would be reinstated and it was not. I called them today and now they are saying i have to talk to microsoft. Can somebody please assist or give me a new code?
