I am unable to view or download my certificate?

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to you asking you, how I can download my certificate I did my exam on 11/12/2021 and got an email from Microsoft, saying I could download my certificate, ever since I have been trying to download it and it keeps saying, can not download certificate try later or contact the support centre.

Kindly advise on how I can download my certificate.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
