How to use Azure DevOps tool for french Bachelor DevOps without to get more $ to use?

Hello Azure crew,

I have 3 R&D to do in 5 months.
My studient team need to create some infrastructures, pipelines and applications with databases.
We want to use a lot of tools, with Azure Cloud for this practise, who are very important for the french DevOps Bachelor.
For my case, i try at the same times to get the Azure DevOps certification.

How can Azure crew to help us - we are 4 students who learn DevOps and me who are a young Site Reliabilty Enginner ?
Is it possible to get some help for our R&D exercices?
