Trouble creating a website hosted on Azure using Microsoft Learn Sandbox

Question

I am supposed to create a website on WordPress through Azure Portal using Microsoft Learn Sandbox.
However, each time I try to click on Create Wordpress, expecting to be redirected to configure your deployment, it takes me to a page indicating that I do not have a subscription.
I believe that to use the Learn Sandbox, one does not need an Azure subscription.
What can I do please? I cannot progress learning if I do not complete this exercise and module. Kindly help out.
