Outlook does not open for this user no matter which PC they use.

What errors do you see? - Cannot open the Outlook window, the set of folders cannot be opened. Not enough memory.

Troubleshooting done :

Recreated profile, deleted and created OST file. OWA works fine for this user.

But Outlook desktop app does not open on any computer .shows error set of folders cannot be opened. Reinstalled office no go.

Changed password and tried still same issue.

If you get stuck on the Loading profile screen, then there are plenty of solutions to Fix Outlook Loading Profile Issue:

    • Run Outlook with Administrator Privileges
    • Disable Outlook's Compatibility preferences
    • Disable Outlook Add-ins in Safe Mode
    • Reset the navigation panel
    • Use the Outlook Inbox Repair Tool
    • Create a new Outlook profile
    • Close third-party applications and anti-virus program

In case any of the above methods didn't work well, I suggest you to use you any third party tools to repair your Outlook data file. These tools easily fix the problem and is purely safe to use. Here are the links to know more:

    Hi @SY_MSO ,
To verify your issue, what's the type of the account?

But Outlook desktop app does not open on any computer .

Have you tried opening other profiles? does the problem occur to the specific account or all accounts?
Given that troubleshotting you have done, it is recommended that you try the following workaround:

    • Run Outlook in safe mode, check if the issue is related to the third-party add-ins.
To run in safe mode, type outlook.exe /safe in command.
If Outlook works fine in the safe mode, then you’ll have to disable the add-ins, here is an article for your reference
    • Type outlook.exe /resetnavpane in command to see if the issue persists.
