a user in two app protection policies

Hello,

If an App protection policies is applied to a group of IOS users name Pol1(no download allowed from apps) with Group G1
and we create another App Protection policy with less restrictive( for example download files locally account settings) Pol2 settings with group G2 and a user A1 is part of both groups G1 and G2, will user be able to download locally or no?

    Per my experience, the more restrictive settings will win, the user will not be able to download locally.
