no i managed to login using mobile some how it worked , and i modified Condtional Access policy
now i am able to acess the portal.
Cant login to Office 365 Portal from Global Admin

i had applied conditional Access policy to all users and all cloud apps , and require approved client apps selected , now i am not able to login to any portal using global admin and any normal users

Is there another admin who can let you in if you are fully locked out?
