Hi all!
Im trying to create SCSM email notification template which will be used to send a notification to the affected user when analyst place his comment.
The problem is - Ticket may have a few analyst comments. If so - notification wil be like:
Analist comments:
12/13/2021 10:34:15 AM; 12/13/2021 10:13:19 AM; 12/13/2021 11:41:56 AM kti; kti; kti : testing comment; testing comment2; testing comment3
How to display only the last Analyst comment in notification?
