Retention Trigger

Good morning,

I am wondering if there is any way that an organization could setup a retention policy that would trigger all emails within the folder to be converted to PDF?

Please let me know if I need to clarify.

    Agree with AndyDavid, I'm afraid there's no such a retention policy can be created to meet your needs. As a workaround, maybe you can try to use VBA macro. If you need, please refer to: Save e-mail messages or entire folders as pdf-file.

    There is no such functionality that can do this.
