Windows 11 can be used on most computers.

During an upgrade the windows update agent checks for supported and unsupported parameters.

An upgrade fails if the windows update agent detects unsupported parameters.

The registry and files can be modified so that the Windows update agent does not recognize unsupported parameters.

The clean install method does not check for unsupported parameters.

A clean install of Windows 11 can be performed on most computers.

These include desktops, laptops, and tablets.

    Hi @Amin Mokhtari

The processor is selected by various parameters and the important one is DCH Design Principles.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/develop/dch-principles-best-practices

You can check out the other reasons for the processor selection from here
    https://blogs.windows.com/windows-insider/2021/08/27/update-on-windows-11-minimum-system-requirements-and-the-pc-health-check-app/

Some of the 7th generation processors and all 8th generation Intel processors are supported for Windows 11. It seems your Intel i3 6006u is not on the list and it might not support Windows 11.
Hopefully, it might be added in the future based upon testing by Microsoft.

    Hope this resolves your Query!!

In order to check your device's readiness for the Windows 11, you may run the PC Health Check app and it will perform scan and show you the result stating if your device is compatible or not.
