As you mentioned azure credit amount I assume you are talking about Azure free trial subscription. Please be informed after the 30 days trial period / spending limit of 200 USD is reached you will be requested to upgrade the subscription. If you opt not to proceed, the Azure subscription and account will be disabled. You can remove the card by following the steps as mentioned below.

Once subscription is deleted or disabled you can remove the card by navigating to Cost Management + Billing > Billing profiles > Payment methods and delete the payment method. Below reference document has step by step instructions along with screenshots
