Unable to reinstall Quick Assist after uninstalling.

Win10 Build 1809. I removed Quick Assist. ![17493-image.png][1] I'm now unable to restore the optional feature: ![17494-image.png][2] [1]: /api/attachments/17493-image.png?platform=QnA [2]: /api/attachments/17494-image.png?platform=QnA I've rebooted the system with the same result. Any suggestions appreciated.

    Hi Kevin,
    I tested it in my Win10 1809 machine, quick access still will be appear in Add feature option.
    So I suggest that you could use dism command below to check system files.
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
    Then try to check for update, if you could find some new security updates need to be install. Please install them firstly.
