Yealink phones is appearing offline

Hi,

I am currently having a problem and i need your help.

Since setting the phones to upgrade to the latest firmware of 58.15.0.143 for the Yealink T55A in the Teams Admin Centre all the devices are now showing as 'offline'.

The history shows the upgrade failed, however, when browsing to the interface of each device it shows the upgrade has actually been successful. This is happening on multiple tenants we have and causes a lot of issues in the future because we cant do anything with the devices, like get device logs, assign config profiles, do further firmware upgrades etc.

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this problem

    We're seeing the same thing with MP56's. Yealink says it's an issue with the Teams App and TAC. We just installed the latest firmware and Teams app versions and were super hopeful, but are seeing some phones go back offline again. Very disappointing to say the least.

    Firmware is: 122.15.0.77
    Teams version: 1449/1.0.94.022020202

    This is unacceptable and unbearable for a product that is shipping for enterprises.
