Deployment of stand alone program via ftp or the like

I want to deploy a standalone c# app to people by letting them download a setup file whith will then download my click once c# Visual Studio executable. The downloaders should not be charged a fee for this service. Is this possible and can youi point me to samples?

I don't know what tag to pick, so I may have piced the wrong one.
