Editing Topics and Labels for Video Indexer

I am looking to use video indexer to help manage video content for an app I am creating. My issue is that the AI engine seems to create topics and labels that are totally unrelated to the video. I can't seem to find a way to remove/edit the tags and labels. Is there a way for me to do this? Seems odd that I can't. Not being able to do this is a total deal breaker.

Thank you for reaching out with this question.
One thing that can help you adjust the accuracy is looking only at topics and labels with high confidence score in the insights JSON and filter out lower confidence results.

In addition, can you report the issue (with the video information) using the follow these steps:

    Trial account customers:

    1. Go to the "Issues" tab on the Video Indexer Developer Portal (https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/newsupportrequest) and sign in
    2. Scroll down and click "Report Issue"

    Paid account customers:

    1. Go to Azure portal Help + support (https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/newsupportrequest)
    2. Create a new support request. Your request will be tracked within SLA.

Hi @Eric Elliston , check out https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/media-services/video-indexer/video-indexer-view-edit. It's relatively easy way to edit tags on your video asset. You can also utilize the API to GET the video index details, adjust the labels, and PATCH.

Since you're having issues with how your videos are being index, you can send your feedback to VISupport[at]microsoft[dot]com.
