hello, I need to synchronize the same OU with two Azure Ad connect , the idea is to create two filters to define the destination of each object in this OU. It's possible or you have Another idea ? best regards .

but my question is : it's possible to check the Same OU with 2 different Azure AD connect ? and create a filter to synchronize the specific User/computer to the each Tenant .

I have not tried personally the preview feature mentioned above. However, in theory, you can deploy two separate AAD connect and sync the same AD to different tenants. In each AD Connect, you can filter the objects to be synced. Filter can be same or different in each AADConnect

Yes, this is possible. Azure AD Connect is just making LDAP calls to read the data from Active Directory, multiple servers can read the same OUs. If your goal is to only send any given user to one Azure AD tenant, then just be precise with your filtering rules to ensure they are sent to the right destination.
