Azure Stack over Express Route + Azure Stack VM connectivity with other on-prem VMs

Question

We have an Express Route connection between on-premises and Azure West Europe.

i am new to Azure Stack

I assume that in Azure Stack , we have to install some softwares on the on-prem VM , thereby , we can make that VM accessible in Azure.

If we use Azure Stack in on-premises, can we connect easily over private network , with other on-prem computers ?
Can we connect from Azure Stack VM ,residing in on-premises to any Azure resource over express route ?

When you refer to Azure Stack, Hub and HCI are two different products. Regardless, connectivity from on-prem VMs to Azure VMs should be able to occur through your ExpressRoute connection. Specifically with Azure Stack HCI, registration of the HCI OS is not supported via ExpressRoute.
