Patching Session

Hello,

All MEMCM Servers have been patched and one remain as "unkwown" in the Deployment Status...


The server was patched I checked it locally through Windows Updates > Update History
What should I review to see what is blocking the update under the Deployment Status?

Is the server sending back update scan status? Check wuahandler log on the client.

Hi @Dominique DUCHEMIN ,

We check these updates on the side of issued server, these updates have been installed, but the status has not been updated, and the status is in the tab of Unknown. Is it right?

If so, we could run the cycle as per the following screenshot, after running them, please check if the status becomes normal. Besides, we could check CcmMessaging.log to see if any error in it, it records activities related to communication between the client and management points.
