How to print high quality images using Word on Microsoft 365.

I am creating a letter head using a 600ppi image. However, every time I print, it comes blurry. How can I make sure that the picture is printed in high quality? I set it to keep original resolution of the images in the document, but it doesn't make a difference.

A better choice than a bitmap for a letterhead is to use a vector format, like EMF or SVG. Those formats cannot be downsampled, they usually have a small file size, and they print sharp as a tack. To create EMFs and SVGs, our company uses InkScape, which doesn't have a purchase price (they do take donations).

Do you mean that you have tick the box of "Do not compress images in file"?

Please refer to JohnKorchok's suggestion, that use the images in vector file format.

Besides, please make sure the image is inserted via Picture tool from Inset tab.
