My only admin account is Blocked

Hi can somebody help me, my admin account (my admin account just this) have been blocked

@Muhammad Istiqlal Thanks for posting in our Q&A. For this issue, it is not related to windows 365. It is related to office 365 admin access.

From your description, I know that the only admin account is locked. Given this situation, please contact Microsoft 365 support. Here is the Global Customer Service phone numbers:
