domain smb access issue

Hi.
Domain user can't access \domain.
It has no problem to each domain controller by fqdn, but only has issue on \domain.
I've found about this problem related SPN (cifs/domain) and my test environment has reproduced it.
But, my production environment does not exist SPN value.
What can I doing any more?
