outlook mails are being received without attachment

Hi There,

I have a user who is complaining about receiving emails without attachments from a particular sender.
I traced the received email and I found there is size difference between traced email and received email.

Kindly suggest what could be the reason?

Does the issue occur regardless of the file type of the attachments？
Can other users in your organization receive mails with attachments from this specific sender?
Has the user checked via the web mail to see if the attachments are visible?

By the way, what's your mail server? If you are using Exchange on-premise, you can try configuring pipeline tracing to capture copies of email messages as they move through the transport pipeline and see if more clues can be found.

Check anti-virus or the attachments arent allowed in Outlook or they are sent incorrectly from that sender ( Bad MIME formatting)
