Could not create new Virtual Machine via Microsoft Azure student

Hello Team, Nice to meet you.
I am a student from Vietnam University , As I know from your system have support Students can make and using Virtual Machine. But i don't known why i cant create it.
it have error "The selected subscription is disabled" so can you help me fix it.

Have you used all the free credit $ ? If yes, that maybe the reason the subscription is disabled.
