I'm going to update my OS but I'm afraid this will affect my license D365 Finance?

    Hello @Anis Altaleb

Windows updates never affected any application involving licensing issues, you can update without fear or doubt that this problem will not happen.

I recommend that you use the page below to upgrade to windows 11, in a simpler way:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11

And select the first option called "Windows 11 Installation Wizard" which will download an application from Microsoft and help you to update in a practical and safe way.

The license is per user or per device and when you upgrade the same device and use the same user your license won't be affected.
You should concern about license when you are using different user or using different device and it also depends on the licensing.

AFAIK, Windows update won't affect your licensing status.
