How do I go about making a NFC/MIFARE card reading application using Surface Go Tablet for Business?

Dear Microsoft Developer Network

I am making a small application that is supposed to read some data on a NFC/MIFARE card and send the data to an HTML form of a website. I have purchased Surface Go Tablet for Business for the same reason.

I would be really thankful if anyone could share code samples as to how to implement such an application or provide me some ideas on how to do I go about implementing it myself.

I have tried the MSDN sample written in JavaScript that is present on Microsoft's Github, but that sample didn't work.
