account blocked, activation code doesn't work

Question

Hello,
my hotmail account has benn blocked

I try several times with different phone number to get the activation code, then
I can go inside my account, but after that it's impossible to send a mail. It ask me each time an activation code

All the time the same "Your account is temporarily blocked"
and i try different phone number to get the activation code.

I use this web mail for 20 years, I really need it...

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form
