SPFX Gulp Server error

Question

When run gulp serve I am getting below error:

I'm not sure the reason of the error, I have followed the official guide to create the development environment for spfx development.

Please check if you have installed the valid Node.js version, SPFX supported Node.js 10.x but not Node.js 12.x, please check the official guide here:
