Microsoft Learn Sandbox Error

I am following the Dynamics 365 Fundamentals course and I came across a lab. The sandbox is activated and it opens, but it does present an error: ''We can't open this app. The app URL wasn't found or you need permission to open t. Please check the URL and try again, or contact your system administrator." (see attachment)

I have no clue what to do. My work account is linked with my personal account, and the personal account is both displayed in Learn and in the sandbox. I am using Microsoft Edge. Can somebody help? Thank you in advance!158804-capture.png

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with course issues in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
