I am following the Dynamics 365 Fundamentals course and I came across a lab. The sandbox is activated and it opens, but it does present an error: ''We can't open this app. The app URL wasn't found or you need permission to open t. Please check the URL and try again, or contact your system administrator." (see attachment)
I have no clue what to do. My work account is linked with my personal account, and the personal account is both displayed in Learn and in the sandbox. I am using Microsoft Edge. Can somebody help? Thank you in advance!

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with course issues in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
