Issue with editing properties - Document library "Object doesn’t support property or method form"

Hi all,

One of our users is getting this error when trying to edit the properties of a document. The user has sufficient access to the site collection.
I have tried the following so far,

1. Edit properties in quick edit mode – same error
2. Removed user from the site collection and added back – nothing changed
3. Tried change properties on other site collection – working
4. Asked other users to mimic the issue – no issues for other users

So far this has affected only one user in only one site collection, and none of the other users seems to have the issue editing properties in that site.
Has anyone had this error or come across this before?

To troubleshoot this issue, you could confirm that:

1. Please clear the browser cache or use other browser
2. Did this issue happen on one document? Will this account edit other documents in this library/list meet the error?
3. Has this library/list stopped inheriting permission (has unique permission)? Is there some possibility that this account does not have the permission in this library/list?
