My PC keeps freezing then crashing due to one game I play in specific. After every crash I check the event viewer and I get roughly the same 3 -4 error codes. I have already restored my PC to factory settings once. It crashes once to twice and hour. Please help. I am using an Alienware R11 with dual 2080ti's. The error codes are below...

Error - Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\UpdateService\ServiceShell.exe".Error in manifest or policy file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\UpdateService\ServiceShell.exe.Config" on line 11. Invalid Xml syntax.

There were five collected BSOD dump files.

Four of the crashes were caused by the GPU driver nvlddmkm.sys.

    The logs displayed bugchecks:

    10E
    113
    116
    124
    141
    117
    119

The pattern is consistent with malfunctioning hardware.

The initial step will be to replace the Nvidia GPU driver.

If there are recurrent BSOD then the hardware will need to be troubleshooted.

    Please perform the following steps:

    1) Uninstall the Nvidia GPU driver using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)

    2) Reinstall the Nvidia GPU driver from the Nvidia website

    3) Make sure that you check the clean install box and if applicable install the physx driver

    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/367109-display-driver-uninstaller-how-use.html
    https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

    4) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
    wmic recoveros get autoreboot

    5) For any BSOD run V2 and post a share link into the newest post

Does the computer have two Nvidia GPU cards?

If so, remove both cards and reseat them.

    Attempt driver reinstallation.

If it fails then use one card at a time and attempt driver reinstallation.

See if you can find a friend, neighbor, relative, or local computer store to swap test the Nvidia GPU card.

A Nvidia or AMD GPU card can be used for the swap testing.
