Are you running the SQL Server as a domain user? Is your account in the local administrator group?
Please try to open ‘Local Security Policy ’ in the start menu, then adding your user account to Enable computer and user accounts to be trusted for delegation under the Security Settings/Local Policies/User Right Assignment.
