Hello,

I have a problem with the Windows Server 2012 host. The system restarts irregularly and rises on the recovery screen, after another manual restart, the system wakes up and works without any problems.
System logs do not clearly say what could be the reason.
I attach a .dmp dump analysis to the post.
Please help.

Run the DM log collector and post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.
Try to run the V2 log collector and report any error message or code.

If you're able to run V2 it will make the troubleshooting more comprehensive.

If you're not able to run V2 then you can perform the steps below and monitor for recurrent BSOD.

The logs displayed a large number of drive controller errors from 02/14/21 to 09/28/21.

What tests or changes were made after 09/29/21?

There were a large number of collected BSOD mini dump files and 10 were debugged.

The bugchecks were 24: NTFS file system

There was one misbehaving driver vlflt.sys.

    This was a Bitdefender driver.

    1) Uninstall Bitdefender using the applicable uninstall tool:
    https://www.bitdefender.com/uninstall/
    https://www.bitdefender.com/site/Downloads/uninstallIntro/uninstall_business.html

    2) Make sure Microsoft Defender is on

    3) Monitor the computer for 3 or more days.
If there are no recurrent BSOD then you can reinstall Bitdefender

Virtual drives I've not used so indicate which of these steps / tests can be performed.

    4) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    sfc /scannow
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Post images or share links of the commands with results into this thread.

    5) What tests had you made and do you make on virtual drives?
These are tests that are run on HD and SSD.
Run whichever tests are possible on virtual drives.

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    chkdsk /r /v

Run this on each drive using the syntax chkdsk /r /v C: or chkdsk /r /v D:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Type: Y

This may take many hours so plan to run overnight or during planned downtime.
