HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error --Exchange server 2016

Dear All,

I installed Exchange server 2016 on the Lab . Now unable to access the ECP . Please help to fix this issue .

What's your Exchange 2016 CU version? Is this server the only one in your environment? If you have other servers, do they have the same issue?

Please open the IIS manager to see if any error prompt.
And according to the error information you shared above, this issue seems to be related to the attribute 'lockitem' in file C:\inetpub\temp\appPools\DefaultAppPool\DefaultAppPool.config.
You could also run iisrest to restarts all IIS services to see if any help.

A related issue here is solved by replace ApplicationHost file: Exchange ECP HTTP Error 500.19 MSExchangeECPAppPool.config ApplicationHost.config (0x8007000d)
