I use Python requests client. Maybe it uses TLSv1.3 or TLSv1.2.
Convert Content API doesn't work.

I called Convert Content API, but it returned 400 status code and body "<h2>Our services aren't available right now</h2><p>We're working to restore all services as soon as possible. Please check back soon.</p>0rGnBYQAAAACJHt3NJkZXS7nfb+pv6ptoVFlPMDFFREdFMTQxNQBFZGdl".
I confirmed that the file I want to convert is in my sharepoint.

I have never tested with postman. I only requested by Python requests module.
I can request other Microsoft Graph API such as List thumbnails API(GET /drives/{drive-id}/items/{item-id}/thumbnails).
So, I think Python requests module is right. -
