Hi,
There was another question on this forum with same issue:
Hope this helps!
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I am unable to reset the password for the only user account in an Azure account.
I went through support on Twitter and they could not solve the problem, and sent me here.
I attached screen shots of the flow that occurs when trying to reset the password. I have access to the email account used for this Azure account but Azure fails to correctly process the reset request. It says to "contact your administrator", which is incorrect because this account is the administrator (and the only account in this Azure account).
Any help would be appreciated.

Still no solution. Azure is unable to fix their own login error.
Thank you Cristian for pointing me to that other posting. I emailed the person at Azure twice to see if they could help but no reply.
Still no response from anyone at Microsoft.
I noticed that not even the login here to Support forums works correctly. In the same browser window I logged in and the other tab did not detect I was signed in.
I had to do a refresh, then select the Outlook login.
Still didn't work, even though my Windows and Chrome are fully updated and working.
Had to open a new Chrome window to finally get it working, just for the Forums here.
Previously my Azure account expired the trial and I spent days trying to get into it again - ended up having to (incredibly) add a special DNS record for Azure to finally fix it's own problem. That was after trying many instruction pages (all incorrect) and having to contact multiple support experts at Azure.
I thought I might try seeing if PowerPlatform or PowerBI.com could help, since they all share the same Login credentials.
Also failed.
Power BI says for $10/mo you get support. Guess what?
You need Microsoft to fix their own login problem first, before you can get them to fix their own login problem. You can't make this stuff up. :)
Web Page for Power BI support options
This page for Power BI gives a phone number. Also failed. Phone support is a lie - it tells you to go their web site.
Try that, and it tells you that you have to login first to fix your login problem. :)
Web page with support phone number
I work with Enterprise customers and have none of these issues with AWS, GCP, IBM, etc.
There is no way I can recommend Azure to anyone who is serious about Enterprise systems.
