You need an id to get the Microsoft Graph call API. Is there an API to get the id?

Is there a way to get the id if I don't create a call?
For example, when an incoming call arrives on Microsoft Teams.
@tkhr This is obviously not possible. If you do not create a call, where does your id point? This id is the unique identifier of your call. If you want to get a call, you must first have a call.
